Information
Released in October 1957, the "Elvis Sings Christmas Songs" EP contained four songs from the "Elvis' Christmas Album" LP. By 1957, these releases had become a common norm, everything and not providing new songs, perhaps motivated by the good sales that were obtained.
Commercially, sales were very positive, everything and the duplicity with the album, initially exceeding 500,000 copies. On Billboard charts, it reached number 1. "Elvis Sings Christmas Songs" is currently certified by the RIAA as a platinum record.
